Taylor Guitars

In 1972 a guitar making shop named American Dream hired an 18 year old by the name of Bob Taylor.
He worked there for 2 years before buying the business with two other co-employees (Steve Schemmer and Kurt Listug) and calling it 'Westland Music Company'.
They began to design and produce their own style of guitars, and in time, they came to settle on a new name for their enterprise; Taylor.
